The visual delight presented by pink roses blooming profusely, both in residents' gardens and wildly along the roadside in December, makes a visit to Rosetta unforgettable at this time of year.

A tiny village, set in the heart of Natal's Midlands Meander countryside, Rosetta visitors can treat themselves to a "cheese journey" at the charming goat's cheese factory situated on the R103 between Rosetta and Nottingham Road, enjoy tea and scones on the banks of the Mooi River at Mother Goose or browse The Ugly Duckling, an excellent craft and curio shop.

Rosetta is also home to the Aardmore Pottery Studio, whose creations are sought after by art lovers worldwide.
